Dr. Susanna Lauren from Biolin Scientific presented the webinar entitled “Improve Accuracy and Repeatability of Contact Angle Measurements with the Theta Flow.” She discussed different factors that can affect the accuracy of the contact angle measurement, such as the droplet, baseline, and environment.
In the webinar entitled “Tackling the Environmental Threat of Microplastics Using Raman Spectroscopy,” Dr. Bridget O’Donell from Horiba Scientific discussed the harmful effects of microplastics in the marine environment and the use of Raman Spectroscopy as a technique for microplastics analysis.
Our manufacturer from Biologic Science Instruments presented three approaches for analyzing corrosion and coatings in the webinar “Corrosion and Coatings – Scanning Probe Electrochemistry”: Scanning Electrochemical Microscopy (SECM), Scanning Kelvin Probe (SKP), and Scanning Droplet Cell (SDC).
