Electronic dosimetry systems protect the wearer from the harmful effects of radiation by tracking changes in exposure and keeping an ongoing record of the user’s dose over time. Attachable modules expand the functionality of electronic dosimeters to include beta and neutron radiation, as well as allow for sensitive detection.
DMC 3000™
It features superior gamma and X-ray energy response, programmable alarms with visual LED, audible, and vibrating alarm indicators, simple 2-button navigation, and the ability to be fitted with external modules for expanded capabilities. The DMC 3000 dosimeter has a complete line of attachable modules that expand the detection and communications capabilities of the dosimeter.
DMC 3000™ BETA
Measure beta radiation instantly with the DMC 3000 beta monitoring module Hp(0,07). The add-on Beta Module attaches to the DMC 3000 dosimeter and provides Hp(0,07) with a wide range of beta radiation measurement. The Hp(0,07) and beta measurement, display and alarms are higly visible on the DMC 3000 unit’s high contrast and backlit LCD display and LEDs. Powered by the DMC 3000 unit for 2000 hours of use.
DMC 3000™ NEUTRON
Keep track of worker neutron radiation exposure with the DMC 3000 Neutron Module. The add-on Neutron Module attaches to the DMC 3000 dosimeter and provides a wide range of Hp(10) Neutron radiation measurement. The Hp(10) Neutron measurement, display and alarms are highly visible on the DMC 3000 unit’s high contrast and backlit LCD display and LEDs. The Neutron module is powered by the DMC 3000 unit for 2000 hours of continuous use.
DMC 3000™ TELEMETRY
Connects the DMC 3000 device to the WRM2™ Wirless Monitoring network. The add-on Telemetry Module attaches to the DMC 3000 dosimeter and allows transmission of a worker’s radiological data to the WRM2 base station and software for remote monitoring. The Telemetry module also allows for additional connected accessories like the heart rate monitor and alarm enhancments. Supplemental power allows for 40+ hours of continuous use.
DMC 3000 NEUTRON TELEMETRY
Additional Neutron measurement and to transmit worker’s data (worker information, gamma and neutron radiological data and setpoints) to WRM3 Telemetry System components. The add-on Neutron Telemetry Module attaches to the DMC 3000 dosimeter and is able to measure Hp(10) radiation at a wide range of energy levels. The Hp(10) measurements (gamma and neutron) are highly visible on the high contrast backlit LCD display of the DMC 3000. The module provides also a supplemental visual alarm indication (LED).
DMC 2000GN™
The DMC 2000GN dosimeter has a full neutron energy range with gamma rejection. It has a lightweight, rugged design for a variety of applications. The DMC 2000GN dosimeter takes advantage of a unique licensed neutron detection technology based on a large single diode. The full energy range of thermal, intermediate and high energy neutrons is covered with a high sensitivity and very good gamma rejection, tested up to 6 MeV. In addition, the gamma detection technology, identical to the proven solution of the DMC 2000S unit, allows to measure the gamma dose from 50 keV to over 6 MeV gamma range with a unique linearity to over 10 Sv/h.
RAD-60™
The RAD-60 personal alarming dosimeter is a lightweight dosimeter with digital display for a range of individual applications. The RAD-60 Personal Alarming Dosimeter is a precise radiation monitoring instrument for reliable detection and tracking of radiation exposure in order to ensure the personal safety of the user. It is suitable for a broad range of everyday radiation monitoring applications.
RAD-62™
Version of the RAD-60 instrument designed to be used as part of larger dose management program. RAD-62 System Dosimeter is an integrated solid state dosimeter with a full range of functions for use in the automatic dose management systems. It forms a highly cost effective package with its outstanding performance and is handy and convenient to use even by people wearing protective clothing.
MBD-2™
Real-time dosimeter for field use in military and homeland security applications. The MBD-2 dosimeter is a real-time, self-indicating device that requires no user intervention for operation. The MBD-2 dosimeter is based upon Mirion Technologies’ patented Direct Ion Storage (DIS) technology. Direct Ion Storage technology is a method for detecting ionizing radiation through use of an ion chamber detector combined with a simplified method for computing dose from a voltage value from the detector. The MBD-2 device measures and records dose for gamma and neutron.
SOR-R/T
Integrates a flash-neutron measurement chip into the SOR for a nuclear ‘flash’ scenario. An important special feature of the SOR line is its ability to meet the needs of various applications with one product. Given its multi-detector architecture the measurement range covered is broad, and includes high level gamma and neutron dose rates as well as low level radiations (L.L.R). These dosimeters are qualified in accordance with current military and civil standards.
